"Very nice and well maintained holiday park. Rooms were clean and fresh like a hotel. Spacious and had everything we needed. Would probably just recommend a pot upgrade and a couple more bowls but that’s being a bit more picky. Had 2 car spaces but our cars were too big to fit both of them in (SUV & Ute) but we spoke to management and they organised an alternative which was very helpful. Used the laundry and that was easy and cleaned my clothes well. Pool looked great and playground too but was too cold and wet for us to use. Felt very safe to walk around and people were very respectful so wasn’t noisy. "

"Used Hotel.com to book, however, our request for a fold-out bed wasn't sent as part of our booking. This was fine, although the way the check-in staff dealt with this was really poor - No apology for a potential error, just an awkward moment of them questioning the validity of my request. Thankfully, I had the proof. "

"Nice new building, however there is a weird smell in the room. Smell like rotten eggs but definitely not natural gas. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. No free on site parking but can park for free at the park and ride 200 metres away. "

"Great location. Parking not great during busy periods and very tight. Hotel is aged and rooms (particularly bathroom) showing the need for a refresh. That said, it was mostly clean. "
