"I can’t get anyone to call me back about the item I left in my room. They did say they found it and would email me shopping info.. No email!!! 4 calls no results! Waiting for the GM to call but still no luck. "

"Our room didn't have a dresser or a closet to put our clothes in, each time i wanted something I had to get the luggage out but it on the bed etc. There was no coffee pot for my morning coffee. Had to use toilet paper to blow my nose. Was a long walk to the hot tub were the pressure for the jets were nil. To top its all off at 10ish there was a fire 3 doors down in the drier. I check out and won't ever come back. "
