"the front desk lady actually walked me to my room and went through the room features with me as I checked in alone. To the water sports attendants made me feel very welcomed and like I would do all the activities Mr. Fabian Jordan, Hotel Ambassador, definitely exceeded my expectations. He checked on me just the right amount of times where I didn’t feel bombarded with messages but I also didn’t feel forgotten. The rooms are classy, the spa is a 3/5 for me but the treatment was nice."

It’s clean, beautiful and the people are amazing they go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is great. I appreciate that there’s always a kitchen in the rooms. My only complaint is the lighting as a woman who does her makeup every night on vacation, better lighting would be phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back the food, pools and beach are all 10 out of 10."
