"Our room was typical of lower priced properties, so it was as expected. Hard floor. Loud A/C unit. Somewhat worn. I slept well. The shower was hot. The breakfast spread had only a few options - just providing some calories to start the day. When trying to sleep, I could hear a truck running outside with music playing and when I notified the manager, she quickly went out and made it stop."

"The room was great, but booked the hotel for graduation of my nephew. My kids wanted to swim at the pool but it was closed & there was no discount given or other accommodations given. Just a sorry about it."
"Not fancy and seemed old but clean. Staff was present and helpful, visibly cleaning and maintaining the breakfast area and newly vacated rooms. Breakfast was good."
"Super nice staff!! The property is a bit old, but it was clean and quiet. The tub faucet leaked quite a bit, but it wasn’t noisy. Breakfast was good—eggs sausage waffles and made to order coffee machine. Check in was easy. No complaints!"
"Expedia reservations made at Hampton are treated with rudeness when the manager Jack says "Oh this is a 3rd party reservation and there is nothing I can do to help you with anything at all!" They made no attempt to assist us with a late (next day) arrival on a 2 night stay. We called the Hampton directly and of course the policy is a penalty of the one night but then Hampton cancelled the reservation and treated my wife very coldly when she arrived the next day. Hampton made her make a new reservation and overcharged the her compared to the original Expedia reservation. We do understand policies but when a guest calls Hampton Inn during check in on a 2 night stay and let's the hotel know that they will arrive late (next day) it seems like Hampton could hold the room for the 2nd night. I guess we expected better treatment by Hampton since we called. Expedia wasn't able to help since the reservation was not cancellable. After several calls I finally got through to someone at Expedia who tried to help by calling the Hampton hotel. Expedia says they are not charging anything and that everything is with Hampton. Maybe we should stop using Expedia? Hampton is definitely not very courteous. Good Luck!"
"Gorgeous old mansion on a hill! It has been meticulously restored and is so peaceful and quiet. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic as well. Highly recommend."
