I would like to give them a better overall review, as they do seem to be trying. The problem was the smell as you walked into the room was extremely musty. It was clean, but that smell hit you every time you walked in. They have a decent breakfast, and I think they really are trying. It just needs a little more than it’s currently offering to get a five star rating for the value it offers.

Hotel has started a virtual check-in program which is a little strange (there was still someone at the front desk and then she used the kiosk where Someone is on video to check people in). It slowed the check-in process down a bit, and if the front desk person hadn’t been there I wouldn’t have known hours for breakfast nor the best way to get to my room.
