Nice property for the price. Close to circular quay. One extra bin the room would have been better. Overall value for money. Breakfast is decent as well

Staff were extremely kind. I stayed here on my birthday and they made it feel so special. I was given a bottle of wine and chocolates upon check in. The location was great and only a 15min walk to get to Paddy’s market, both crown and star casino, Hyde park and a 5 min walk to the restaurants on the water.
Thank you to the staff, you guys are a 10/10

The room was clean and 5 star. Hotel was good. I came from mascot station so it was a bit of a distance. But bearable. What was horrible and worth 1 star actually was the check in process. No smiles and take way way way too long. A request for ice bucket was met with 'call from your room, not my job' attitude. No smile again. He looked tired and didn't want to be there. We were also very tired checking in after 10pm after a long day. But patiently waited in life for more than half hour then then the coldness and slowness of the the check-in process. I've checked in at many hotels of lower class than Branksome and honestly, checkin was 5 star, in and out Beautiful hotel but I won't be back purely based on this experience

"Good stay in all regards. Middle of the Hunter valley wineries, has lots of things to do inside the resort as well as around the valley. Good family and children activities. Very good golf course. Unfortunately the bed was well under par which was a shame."

"Always a pleasant stay in the villas, our second stay here. Large bathroom with spa jets and bathrobes. We celebrated my wifes birthday and a beautiful peice of chocolate cake met us on arrival. Beautiful grounds and kangaroos. Super comfortable bed and large spacious rooms. Ample parking right ..."
