Friendly and helpful staffs. Very clean room. Breakfast could have more variety.
Has a good location and easy walking distance to Shopping , Darling Harbor and Metro Train Stations. Hotel has a slightly odd layout in that you have to take a lift up to the lobby on the 8th floor and then take another lift located on the other side of the lobby up to the room - so a two stage ...
Sparkling clean, close to shops. Food is very good, and the spa/gym are ok.
The location is great! Many events on weekly, only let down was the cleanliness of the bathrooms.
Liked the spacious apartment but it is a little tired. Location is good for those requiring the Paris end of Melbourne
I felt the rooms were a little small. But the location is great for access to South Bank
