Big Bus Sydney Hop-On Hop-Off Sightseeing Tour by Open-Top Bus
"Loved every bit of this hotel, they've thought of everything you could need with a stay so close to the airport. Even though we didn't use it they have a bar and cafe/restaurant downstairs and even a games area to keep yourself entertained. Would highly recommend if you are looking to stay somewhere close to the airport, having the shuttle service to the airport also was perfect"
"Excellent location with superb views of the harbour, but the whole experience just felt a little underwhelming. Other than in Chi Spa, which was excellent, service felt very perfunctory…obviously polite, but lacking any genuine warmth. The Horizon lounge doesn’t feel in any way exclusive, although offers everything you could want for breakfast. Don’t bother with the afternoon tea, though - literally just scones. The pool is great for lap swimming and they are thankfully strict at kicking out...
"The staff, as always, are courteous, engaging and efficient. We had arrived earlier than expected (and well before the suggested check-in time) and while a room was not immediately available it was suggested that if we return within the hour that “we would probably have a room available”! All fell into place, and we were ready to check-in and get on with our socialising in Sydney!"
"We stayed overnight during a layover. The hotel is located close to the airport but you will need the hotel shuttle or an Uber/Taxi to get there. The shuttle was only every 40 mins and was $12 per person each way. We were a party of three so Uber was more convenient and cheaper for our needs. We arrived late on a Friday (about 10 PM) and we weren’t able to get hot food in the hotel restaurant even though it said certain items were available 24/7. We ended up using Uber Eats which had several...
"Location is great, handy to everything and we were given the early check in which was very much appreciated. The room was spacious and had a little kitchen. Also the Luggage storage facility was great.
The only problems we had was the shower door which would not close properly and kept opening while showering. Also i rang 2x to request a box of tissue (it was empty when we arrived) and nothing was delivered. I needed to actually go down to the reception to get it :-D."
