"Stained and stinky sofa bed. Unclear communication on check in/out process. Check in office was unstaffed at the time of check in. I don't think we'll stay at other Vacasa properties again. "

"Warning: do not stay in room 310. Additionally, I would strongly advise you do not deal with or rent with Rocky Mountain Management. I have never written a review before but this place was by far the worst. 1. We were emailed check in instructions with codes for entrance gate and lodge entrance. That morning they changed the codes without letting us know so we could not get in the gate or the lodge. After freezing outside we finally got a return call with proper codes. "We had a wonderful stay. The room was amazing, very spacious with everything you might need. Lovely view from the balcony and a fireplace!
The staff was attentive and polite, we could have our own theater in the evening for movie watching, the pools and hot tubs were divine!
We also appreciated the free shuttle, the drivers were very kind.
