"While my children thoroughly enjoyed their time and the front desk staff provided excellent service, I was disappointed with the condition of our junior suite upon arrival.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was not cleaned properly; there was garbage left behind the toilet, and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers were empty. Furthermore, our garbage was not emptied at any point during our three-day stay. While I typically travel with my own toiletries, I believe that ensuring rooms are thoroughly cleaned and fully stocked should be a fundamental expectation for guest check-in. I hope this feedback helps you improve your housekeeping standards for future guests."
"We stayed in room 213. The room could use a refresh. Chipped wood in the bathroom. The mattress was so old that you sunk into the mattress and couldn't move.
The staff were helpful and attentive. The DJ was terrific and fun."
"The staff were great. The room was outdated. *stain on carpet and chair was dirty.* The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple. The parking was great. Overall a great hotel in a great location next to thr shopping strip. *shoprite, Marshalls, and etc*"
"Hotel and staff were excellent. Hotel was a bit stark outside (lacked any welcoming landscaping, no flowers or shrubs) but it’s all about the stay inside. Staff was professional and polite, lobby clean but odd furniture. Weird high sided couches. Again, all about the room. Room was on third floor, clean and quiet with two queen beds. Beds were comfy, TV large, but the floor was sticky. Bathroom was pleasant, until I took a shower the next morning. It was a walk-in shower, no tub. Turning on the shower was a bit tricky, as you had to open one glass door towards you and reach around the other, fixed glass door to reach the faucet thingy. You get blasted by the shower head immediately, and soaked. It took a full minute to get any hot water. Once you stepped in the shower, you were pummeled by water that came out like a firehose. Not my idea of a peaceful shower. Other than that, the hotel was fine. I would probably stay there again."
"Room was clean and breakfast was good with typical open buffet style. There was a hidden/surprise pet fee $75 per pet informed during check-in. I would appreciate this was informed in advance. Bathroom needs more towels and water pressure needs to be checked as it seemed to be clogged. Overall i enjoyed the stay."
