"It was a beautiful, well-furnished, and well-kept hotel room, especially for the price. The property is lovely and there's a good restaurant. Also, the Homestead's warm springs are across the street, making it easy to access one of the area's noteworthy attractions."

"Exactly what I wanted. The entire cabin appeared very clean. The hot tub was heaven. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Contactless check in and out but they left a lovely note on the table and enough lights on to be welcoming. The creek right out side was much better than the app I use at home to help me sleep. Owners checked in by text once or twice a day to make sure all was well, which I thought was lovely. The was plenty to keep you busy, though I chose to simply relax for most of my stay. I plan on returning when possible."

"Been to Bath County many times in my life and never did the B&B thing until this trip. Vine Cottage Inn is usually all booked but we caught them at just the right time. Tammy was very welcoming and let us move from the third floor to the second floor due to the number of stairs and hard for us to climb. The kitchenette is all you need and open 24hrs. Baked cookies, water, soda and hot tea available all hours. Fresh coffee in the morning, with a wonderful breakfast with eggs, ham, and a biscuit with butter and jelly. The bed was very comfortable! And the pedestal tub was great for soaking those muscles. Thank you for a beautiful stay!"

"Had a good stay. Room looked at the mountains. King bed was comfy. place a bit older. our bathroom shower was new but rest of bathroom could use upgrade. staff was super accommodating. was looking for drink mixers and the manager gave us two cans of ginger ale from their personal stuff. very nice of them."

"We had a good time here, but there are things that could use improvement. There was a snowstorm the day we were set to arrive and we were not sure if we were going to be able to get to the property. I got a text from the owner of the house the day of check in asking if we had a 4WD vehicle as the road goes unplowed usually. Luckily, we had AWD and snow tires so we were okay. I wish we would have had been notified sooner of the lack of phone service, lack of plowing, and also the fact that there is NO snowshovel to use. The generator came on at midnight and stayed on for hours, which kinda killed the peacefulness at night. Was told that it may not happen if the solar panels get enough sun, but they were covered in snow and...we were not given a snow shovel. The cabin is cozy though and loft is the best place to sleep in the Winter. It's a good place to get away from it all and I imagine it is very nice in the warmer weather as it is on the creek. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but there were just something's that led us scratching our head. "
