"The location on the greenbelt was great, and the Lime bikes are such a fun feature for travelers staying in the area. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. When I asked about the possibility of an early check-in, the employee just looked at me blankly instead of offering any explanation or assistance. I also asked about the Lime bikes since they are such a popular attraction along the greenbelt, and he said he didn’t know anything about them. To top it off, I grabbed a Gatorade from the shop and was shocked when it cost $17. Between the lack of customer service and the extremely overpriced snacks and drinks, the stay did not feel worth the cost. A little more friendliness, local knowledge, and reasonable pricing would have made a big difference."

"Staff were beyond friendly and accommodating, we brought our Pug and they had set up dog bowls, cozy bed, snax and a toy! We truly enjoyed the valet parking, SO easy, Always fast and the staff rocked it!! The Rooftop Bar, was packed, yet we were able to find a table and chairs and even invite our friends. Great experience! We look forward to coming back! "

"We thought we would support a smaller boutique hotel while visiting family in Boise, but this hotel was a disappointment. We did not get a good nights sleep on any of the three nights we were there. Room backed up to a very noisy alley. Listened to garbage truck emptying dumpsters for at least two hours starting @ 3:45 am. Another night a group was drinking and talking loudly in the alley to the early morning hours. One morning we woke up at 5:30 am from rooms above us flushing their toilets and the water running through the plumbing several times. Hallway had a bad smell. Elevator was dirty. Never offered fresh towels or any other service. Not a place I will stay in again or recommend to anyone else."

"This was a nice hotel perfectly located in downtown Boise (e.g., close to businesses, great restaurants, and the Saturday market on 8th or 9th street). It is close to the Boise airport (10 minutes) and had easy self-park. The room was clean, staff were nice and very helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The refrigerator was nice as well as the Keurig coffee maker. The water bottle refill was also nice! Any downsides are just being picky: 1. The bathroom shower is very European stye in that there is NO DOOR or curtain for half of it. Suggestion: put in a door. 2. If you shut and locked the bathroom door with some out of the room, that person cannot get in as the handle on the bathroom blocks the outer door from opening. Worse yet, if the bathroom door is unlocked and someone comes in the room, the outer door opens the sliding bathroom door for all to see the naked person in the bathroom. Suggestion: remove the door handle as to can slide the door without it. 3. The need for a room key to activate the lights is not needed and saves the hotel nothing. I just left one of the keys in the slot. Hence, maybe give people an extra key so they can see when they enter the room at night. 4. The USB charging ports on the night table did not work. This is very picky as there were plug ins and little night stands on both sides of the beds. Overall, regardless of the above issues, my family and I would stay there again as it was nice! "

"Good location close to the airport. Free airport shuttle is nice and easy to find. Hotel is clean and quiet and the staff was very nice. Not much to do nearby so a rental car or Uber is needed."

"You can tell this hotel was once a beautiful and lively property, and it’s honestly a little sad to see how much it now seems to be struggling. Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. The room was extremely hot, and the thermostat appeared to be broken. We tried using the fan, but it was so loud that it made it difficult to sleep. The property itself feels very dated and in need of upkeep. There was also a noticeable cigarette smoke smell throughout the hotel, and the toilet in our room would only flush if the handle was held down for nearly a minute. The surrounding area did not feel especially welcoming, and while I understand hotels often serve a wide variety of people, the overall atmosphere in the lobby added to the feeling that the property may be having a hard time maintaining its former standards. I truly hope the owners are able to reinvest in and restore this hotel someday, because you can still see hints of the charm it must have once had."
