"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "

"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. "The room was fine and usual Clayton standard. Love that the twin rooms have two lovely double beds, that’s what me choose this hotel. Unfortuneately I couldn’t call for pick up when we arrived at the airport, which made me worry initially about how we’d get to the hotel, but we managed to cross just one busy road to get over with our luggage. Hence why I took out 1 star."

"Comfortable and clean room with an exceptional breakfast. Valet parking only which was pricey (£35 per night) although you might get lucky with street parking. Spacious crescent in front of the hotel which would be nice to use for blue badge drivers. Kevin at reception was very helpful when checking in and out."

"This hotel is amazing, for me it’s almost the perfect property! The rooms are beautiful, great beds and bedding nice large bathroom. The food in the grill for both dinner and breakfast was excellent and of course the trouble taken by the bar staff to get my drink exactly as I like it was priceless! But for the overwhelming thing is the staff, in every department excellent in every way leading to a fantastic stay! This has spoilt me for other hotels. Remember this is an airport hotel, which on the whole don’t have a good rep. This place would not be out of place up against many 5star city properties! A must stay in my opinion!"
