"Great hotel to relax in Jiutepec, Morelos. The staff is very attentive to detail, and the amenities are excellent. The restaurant serves delicious food. We also took a yoga class in the garden, which was really nice. We had planned to attend a meditation class on Sunday, but unfortunately it was canceled. We will be back!"

The banging was so hard, stuff were falling off the surfaces in the rooms. Then he followed up that “the construction is only from 10 am until 6 pm!” After many hours of waiting, we were moved to another room"

The people working at the hotel are very nice, but they are clearly short on staff and that has an impact in the speed it takes to get served on food and drinks. Contemplating that this a hotel that has no nearby restaurants, and they expect to purchase everything from them, this is an area they need to improve a lot to make it worth it to return. "
