"Its central location is a deciding factor. It's within walking distance of historical sites. The hotel staff are helpful. The rooms are clean. The hairdresser is excellent. The parking lot is next to the hotel. We were a little uneasy about giving them our car keys. The only downside was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom, but that wasn't a major problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested an iron for the room and it arrived immediately. It would be good to have a bellboy in the parking lot. There might be a shortage of staff. We didnā€™t have breakfast!"
