"The beach view was good, the room was spacious, the bed was good as was the jet tub. the problems were many: there was no elevator in our building as noted in the preview of the property. Also, the preview said that there was daily housekeeping, when my wife and I checked in, we were told housekeeping was every three days, so trash and dirty towels were left on the floor from Thursday to Sunday. When we questioned the desk we were told to bring the dirty ones to exchange for clean ones and to leave the trash outside our door for them to pickup and they would give us new bags for the receptacles. pool had sand and dirt from Thursday to Sunday, not once cleaned.... The internet preview and Expedia both said these amenities were included but they are not....breakfast included hostess packaged muffins and danish with coffee machine coffee from 7:30 am to 9:30pm. Not exactly what was promised in the previews....As older travelers, we were a little disappointed.....Ladies at the desk were not very helpful and dismissed our concerns with excuses..."
