"Secluded, yet convenient to other parts of Asheville. Friendly staff. Great breakfast, snacks and refreshment options on site. Only negative comment is the mattress in the Tree room needs replacing. Definitely worth visiting if you enjoy bed and breakfast establishments."

"All the staff we interacted with were very warm and courteous. The hotel has a very cozy bar/restaurant area. The atrium of the hotel was also very zen with a fireplace and fountains, lots of light and comfortable spots to read a book with a cup of coffee. "

"This hotel gives a great "bang for the buck." The only thing it doesn't have when compared to the more expensive chains is a swimming pool, and maybe the room and bathroom are slightly smaller, but at half the cost we were very pleased and will be back!"

"We were in town for Maggie Valleys big truck show, for our 12th year in a row & we had an issue with another cabin company double booking our stay & it getting canceled last minute. So we had to end up getting a place to stay further away as everything was booked up. We were a little nervous as we're not the golfing type and look a little rough to people because of our tattoos. But everyone was so pleasantly nice and welcoming here. We ended up staying at the Robin & wow, what a beautiful property! It had plenty of room for our family of 7! The property all together is beautiful and the views from the big beautiful porch are breathtaking! We had everything we needed inside the house, and the lady we spoke with up front was extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again & tell otheres about the location too! "
