"A beautifully calming hotel. The grounds are lush tropical trees, you feel as if you are in the jungle, not by the beach. Then you walk through the trees and are met by a beautiful beach club/resturant, loungers and a fantastic beach. Of note, the hotel pool is beautiful too, with many loungers and cabanas. The hotel isn’t near (walkable) to the nearest habitation, but free bikes are available. There are other restaurants along the beach, if you want something different to the hotel. The room (garden) was absolutely fantastic, one of the best in a beach resort that I have stayed in over many years of travelling. Breakfast was al a carte - fantastic choices and a fresh pastry basket brought around to the table - some were better than I have had in Paris! Staff were wonderful, engaging, on point and anticipated your needs- properly trained. It is adults only, which was key for us and noise levels when relaxing by the pool/beach. Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing beach stay, I would highly recommend."

"Do not stay here. Issues experienced during our stay • Breakfast was not included, despite us believing we had paid for accommodation with breakfast included. This was disappointing and unclear at booking and check in. • Water frequently did not run at all in the rooms. • When water was available, there was little to no water pressure, making showering and basic hygiene difficult. • Toilets often would not flush. • When toilets did flush, they regularly blocked, creating unhygienic and distressing conditions. • Room key cards consistently failed to work throughout the entire stay, repeatedly locking us out of our rooms. • Staff would reset one key card, only for the other cards assigned to the same room to stop working, meaning the issue was never properly resolved. • There was a strong and persistent smell of sewage in and around the rooms. • Bedside lamps in each room would not turn off at all, impacting sleep and comfort. • At checkout, the hotel attempted to charge us for minibar items that were never used, totalling approximately 1500 baht across four rooms. • Management verbally agreed to refund one night for all four rooms and instructed us to process this through Hotels.com, however the hotel has since ignored all refund requests and follow ups from Hotels.com. • After checkout, communication and accountability completely stopped, continuing the poor service well beyond our stay."

"Our honeymoon at Robinsons Khao Lak was truly spectacular! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the resort facilities and the food to the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Thank you for making our trip so special and memorable. Although we came as a couple this time, we are already planning to return with our entire family in the future. We are sure our family would have an equally wonderful time here! The only small issue we encountered was that it was quite difficult to get a Bolt taxi around the resort area, which made transportation challenging at times. If this minor inconvenience could be addressed, this resort would be absolutely perfect."

"wow, we love this hotel first off. We got a room with the sea facing view and we did have a beautiful ocean view. The room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel grounds, immaculate, and all of the architecture was so interesting and perfectly planned. The staff were beyond friendly when we showed up to breakfast 10 minutes early they open the door and welcomed us in and on our last day we had to leave even earlier than that they opened breakfast just for us now that’s what I call Service! We enjoyed eating out by the pool and watching the fire show. Keith Richardson we are really hoping to come back to thailand and stay at Devasom again in the future."

"I am pretty honest when it comes to hotels and reviews but have to say this is the most beautiful place to stay. Our room had floor to ceiling windows and we could open 3 sides and look into lush nature with a great plunge pool and a fabulous hotel pool.This is stars above anywhere else we stayed in thailand. I dont want to leave a review as I want it to remain a hidden gem! The beautiful setting and one of a kind rooms are very aesthetic with great attention to detail and with the environment always in mind Great food too! As for our host Zofie, a beautiful kind hearted person who went above and beyond when my daughter and I had an accident. She helped us and checked on us even after we left. She is also just a great representative of conscientious,eco tourism in the best way We didnt want to leave but couldnt change the next hotel booking we had made. Thank you Zofie we will be back!"
