"So the staff was very friendly and helpful for our stay. The rooms are a good size and were, comfortable and nice and clean. There are several areas though that are very outdated, the carpet throughout the hallways is taped together and very dingy appearing. The Pool is very run down and it did not look clean so we did not use it and the hot tub is covered and blocked off."

"The good : well located with easy highway access to Route 81, Watertown, Sackets Harbor, and the Thousand Islands region within 10 to 25 minutes. Reasonably comfortable rooms. Good desk staff (when they are there). The bad: continental breakfast was poor. No breads of any kind. No fruits. Bitter Coffee. The desk staff often not there. Sought towels at 10pm. Rang the service phone at desk. No one came after over 5 minutes. I finally roamed till I found a guy. Internet wifi was almost non-functional - meaning too weak."
