"We loved this hotel! I definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to Switzerland. We rented an EV car and you’re able to charge it during your stay. Even though it was a bit further from the hiking activities we did, having the car and driving to them worked out perfectly for us. The staff was friendly, attentive and willing to share any tips and tricks to help us during our visit. House keeping came in and everyday. "This hotel was beyond amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The views from the rooms were everything I could have asked for. Great breakfast too! We stayed during an unusually warm period and the rooms didn’t have AC but had fans which ended up being perfect."

"While the location and views are great, the Regina’s rooms are desperately in need of an update. Our room had threadbare carpet, a stained bed scarf, stained window treatments and chair upholstery. The bathroom had multiple tiles without grout and were completely loose. The breakfast the first day was ok, but went downhill from there. They ran out of bacon on days two and three and on the third day the scrambled eggs had so much salt they were truly inedible. The staff was professional, but clearly stressed by owner micromanagement. Note that the rooms do not have AC and fans weren’t available. Given global warming this is going to be more of a problem over time. Also, other amenities like built in device USB chargers and a refrigerator were lacking. There is potential, but the owners need to do much more to earn the 4 star rating."

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the complimentary breakfast, which was a wonderful addition to the experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything exceeded our expectations, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. We look forward to returning and staying here again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay in Grindelwald was absolutely amazing! The mountain views from the hotel were breathtaking and truly felt like something out of a postcard. Waking up each morning to the stunning Swiss Alps right outside our window was unforgettable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the First Cliff Walk gondola, making it easy to enjoy one of the area’s most spectacular attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The entire experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Between the incredible scenery, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations, this hotel made our time in Grindelwald even more special. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!"

"The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was on the 4th floor. It was large with two rooms, a table and four chairs. Tv in each room . The room was clean and tidy. There were two doors out onto the balcony which has most beautiful Mountain View. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, the location was slightly uphill and close to the shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the train station. The views were amazing and we would come back if we came to Grindelwald again."
