"The island was amazing. We were there for our honeymoon and it was very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home and special. The rooms were spotless and always prepared for us (ie. bed made, turn down Service, bug nets downat night). I would highly recommend a stay here for anyone going to Victoria falls!"

Thankfully, some locals were kind enough to bring me to one of the Richland Lodges (it's a small local chain of lodges). There, they told me none of the locations had received a booking from Expedia. Also, I was told that the Sinazeze location is actually half an hour drive out of Livingstone instead of downtown as indicated by...

"Housekeeping staff was wonderful! Friendly and very thorough. The front desk staff were quite helpful. I have already recommended it to others, and we would stay here again. The fridge was very handy! Things that could use improvement: The included breakfast is a full English breakfast, which which couldn't eat as we are vegan. No options given. We were grateful to have secure parking, but it was less than nice. The pool looks like it needs a good scrub, or some maintenance on the bottom. "
