"The venue is stunning, but the service was disappointing. We waiting a very long time for in-room service. Glasses and cutlery were dirty we could see lipstick stain on our glasses. My message bed towel was dirty with makeup & lipstick stains as well, that immediately put me off. The food was very dull and not tasty at at 1/10! "
