Convenient for transit passengers and especially for solo travelers. You need to exit the customs area and take an elevator to level P4 to get to this hotel. Do not exit the terminal building. A good, clean place to rest and get some sleep between flights. You need an arrival or departure proof in order to check in. Staff is helpful and friendly. You can hear the noise from adjoining rooms or the hallway which may bother you in case you are a light sleeper. They do have a breakfast buffet, but I didn't have a chance to try it.

Very convenient for few hours or overnight stop specially if you have a young family even better to get a good comfortable rest before your next flight. Very clean, quiet rooms with all amenities available in room plenty of choice on food and drinks either in room or in restaurant, staff are very friendly and helpful. As located inside terminal so you can walk around inside arrival hall with some shops as well drink places. Stopping longer and fancy going to Mumbai city or meet friends outside ? Why not book a taxi or private car from desk right infront of the hotel reception and then just go through security door with your Hotel pass you can get from desk so can get back inside from same door at level P4. Prices are reasonably good with breakfast included.

The best thing about Niranta is convenience. It is right at the airport. Another thing to appreciate is that the bed was comfortable. However, the room that I stayed was rather small. I had booked a room with two twin beds but I was offered a room with a single Queen bed. There are no windows and it can feel claustrophobic. The staff could had done better job setting up the room. The mirror was dirty and the room had a single bath towel and no napkins at all. I will stay again at Niranta only if the stay is 4 hours or less.

I booked this hotel for my father who was returning from USA and got an onward domestic flight. I had hesitation about the hotel location and I contacted them and they explained the things clearly and that comforted me. My father is a senior citizen and I was concerned about him getting to the hotel once after claiming his luggage but the hotel staff was helpful. They gave the proper directions and in the morning they also helped him to get to the domestic airline counter. Overall they always picked up my phone and answered my question and I was impressed with the service and convenient location.

Staff were very friendly. We were assigned rooms at another building which was only two minutes walk from the reception (inside of terminal 2). And one staff walked over there with us to show where it was and I thought that was very nice of her. Nice selections of breakfast buffet that opens from 06:30 am.
