Awesome service with great rooms! Deepesh at the front desk was very helpful. They decorated the room for me and my wife as which was arranged by Deepesh. Hotel staff Miss Kajal also helped my wife drap a saree. We had a great time.

This was the absolute worst hotel. There was mold on the walls, bug feces in the bed, ants everywhere, stained carpets, and even saw a mouse run down the hallway. Didn't even sleep there one night (and we were booked for 16) and ended up walking down the beach to find another hotel. They refused to reimburse us and I had to get All Accor involved to get our money back, which we are STILL waiting for.

There was a smoking zone near kids' pool, no proper changing rooms or shower for the swimming pool, and the service level was very bad at the breakfast area (square). most of the time no operator picks up the phone.
