Staffs from the front desk to dining and house keeping are very attentive and willing to assist. I gave them all five stars! However, as a foreigner who first time arrive Mumbai, the room condition is not as perfect as I expected and the neighborhood is far from the tourist sites.

The location is a little far from most attractions but the quiet room and the health club across the street made up for it. The food was a great surprise with different options for breakfast and dinner every day. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location but the property is dated. The bed linen is really old . Despite paying half a days rate for late checkout, the front desk manager was unwilling to allow us to check out at 7pm he insisted for 6pm…no hotel is ever do inflexible esp if we are paying half a days rate … wonder what training they get for customer service … you are in the hospitality business for crying out loud !!!

Fern is a functional and clean hotel with no extra frills but at the same time you have everything you need to be comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and do recommend it for fellow travellers. I especially liked their meticulous COVID procedures.

Good decent hotel in the Eastern suburbs

The hotel is located on a road away from the traffic and main roads in the area. So it is a nice quiet place away from the noise. The breakfast spread is adequate. However, the sitting is less as compared to what is required from a hotel of this size. So it was quite common for hotel staff to request guests to share a table. Whether you arrive for breakfast at 9:00 or 10:00 am, the tables were always full. The rooms are decent, but noise from the other room does seep in to the adjoining room. Maybe I had a connecting room that's why I felt it. Overall, it is a decent hotel in that location. Normally, I would advise to stay in western suburbs as this location is a bit away from the action of Mumbai (whether it is the trendy districts or the business area downtown).

Noisy lobby but okay stay.

The Lobby area and the restaurant were hosting birthday and marriage parties and kids were running around everywhere including the bar section making loud noises. The ambiance of the hotel was too bad. In addition, the breakfast was not included in the deal even though the room was not cheap by any standard.
