"Everything was great. Excellent service and attitude"

"First, the hotel is under renovation and that was not mentioned on the website. Second, the pool was closed due to the renovation. Third, I asked for my room to be cleaned on day 4 and no one ever came. Fourth, my air conditioner froze up. I unplugged it ( I am EPA certified for HVAC). The tech plugged it back in and never repaired it. I had to be relocated to another room. Twice I went down to the lobby for breakfast and the coffee was not made. The front desk staff was borderline rude. This was nearly the worst stay that I have ever had. I travel 20 days per month for work. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"First off.... We were told we had to put down a $60 security deposit CASH ONLY, before we could get our keys. Okay fine. but let us know before we book. What if I didn't have an additional $60 to give you right at that moment along with my payment for the room I was getting for the week... ATM in the hotel didn't work so we had to go search for one which isn't all that easy when you aren't from around the area. 2nd, which was a good thing.... The lady let us inspect the room before we gave our cash, first room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad my daughter and I were coughing. So the lady thankfully gave us another room. The next room smelt fine, we were perfectly fine in that room. The bed was actually so comfortable, we were in town for a basketball tournament so we were really only there to sleep and shower so we were content. The shower was crazy hard pressure which was great except it soaked the entire bathroom, which made me feel bad, but there was nothing we could do.. the bathroom door however was broken and wouldn't shut but we dealt with it.. My biggest complaint actually was the current in the big window. It wasn't big enough for the window.. so if we pulled it one way it would show a big part of the room and if we pulled it more the other way it would show our bed.. So while we slept we had it to where the bed wasn't showing and while we were up we pulled it the other way especially if we were trying to change or just didn't want people looking in period..."

"Hard to find something positive. Hotel in poor condition. WiFi was not good. No amenities except pool I wouldn't use. Did have hot water. Pictures don't tell true story.CT"
