"After having issues with our room, which was beyond control of the lady from reception we decided to accept the situation. After returning from dinner the problem was worse, there was no hesitation from reception lady as she moved us into the top of the range room at no extra cost. The room was very nice and position far more convenient. Very much appreciated....Thank You.."
