What a great place. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was perfect. There was even a store on the floor where you could buy some drinks or groceries and leave a note with what you took to be billed later. Great security. We knew exactly what we needed to do before we left such as take out our own trash. The location was fabulous!

Great location for walking to the Christmas markets. Nice room with kitchen. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has an area where you can buy snacks and drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Above and beyond

Truly a gem in Munich. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The front desk helped us book a taxi to the airport for a very early flight (which unfortunately waa canceled) and then helped to find alternatives for when we were rebooked on a later flight. We were able to do laundry (for a small fee) and store our luggage. The honesty cafe upstairs was a great bonus stocked with many options for purchase and a lovely sitting area. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough!

Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value!

The location is very central, but the area didn't feel safe to us. The hotel has poor ventilation. Cooking odors don't escape the room despite ventilation; even the hallways smell of food. The room and shower were warm and comfortable.

The room was fine. We were not feeling well and it was rainy and cold for the 3 days we were there. So we stayed in the room most of the time. So many Arab ethnic shops and food stores in the area. We were hoping for more of a "German" experience.

First Munich trip

We like the concept of studio room with kitchenette, spacious room as compare to standard hotel guest room. Walkable distance to Christmas market, shopping street etc.. also near to main train station make us easy to travel out. Location is slightly compromised due to several night clubs along the street, otherwise overall pleasant stay!

Сам апарт-отель нам очень понравился. Номер хороший, чистый, просторный. Прилетели рано и нас сразу заселили, что конечно очень удобно. На 5-м этаже есть бар с самообслуживанием, тоже удобно. Наши окна выходили на улицу и при открытых спать очень шумно. Мы закрывали окна, но если теплая погода, то было бы душно спать, а кондиционера нет. Расположение отеля хорошее, центр в шаговой доступности и метро тоже. Центральный вокзал в 10 мин ходьбы. Есть Wi Fi
