Super amazing
We had check in and we had stay for only 3 days visiting from the us and I really have to admit that the young gentleman name Tim was super amazing attentive he had welcomed us and took care of us by giving us directions & explanations about the city like where to go and what to see and he even spoke to us perfectly English everything was great only two things I didn’t like was the space in the room and the lacked water pressure of the shower but the rest was perfectly great. So I definitely recommend this Hôtel location if you want to see the old city or the attractions only minutes away -Olimpia mall bmw & Bayern arena - again thank you Tim’

New hotel close to Olympia Mall and walkable distance from subway which runs every 10 minutes. Clean, friendly staff and free breakfast. Would stay there again if I wouldn’t mind staying outside city centre.

We liked our stay, but when we talked to the front desk about bugs in our room they were no help. They told us the close our window, which we never had open once. I wish they would have been more understanding and helpful

This hotel was very cute and did not cost a lot of money. The room was clean and modern, and the staff was nice too. There were two main problems - one is that I had a car and had to use their parking. When I asked the staff at the reception if it was free or not, I was told yes, which was surprising since their website said otherwise. I was charged 45 euros (for 3 days we stayed there) at the end which was kind of unexpected. The other problem was that I could not pay for the stay with three different cards - two American and one German card. It just did not go through their terminal, and I was blamed for this problem. At the end I had to find an ATM and pay in cash (these cards worked all the time right after I left the hotel, so I am pretty sure the problem was not on my end). Other than these two issues, we loved the hotel!

Very poor room service. We left our room for 3 days and no one came in once to clean the room. When we came back they said you never asked for room service. The air condition would not turn on. Constant heat on. Very, very small, tight rooms. We charged for parking for entire week, even though we parked there only 4 days. When wanted to check out after 4 days, they said penalty for checking out early (instead of 6 days) was $800. Would not adjust it. It was cheaper to stay in. Not flexible. There were Other issues as well.

Sauberes Hotel, macht von innen sllerdings einen besseren Eindruck als auf drn ersten Blick von außen, ausreichendes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, waren völlig zufrieden für eine Übernachtung. Umgebung eher weniger attraktiv da es etwas abgelegener liegt.

Friendly staff, decent rooms, decent breakfast, unfortunately located next to a very noisy road and with the rooms being heated pretty cozy and warm we had some difficulty falling asleep. It's located near Olympiapark and has decent public transport connections to the airport and the city cemter. All in all value for money.

Hotel was fine, good english speaking employees, breakfast was not worth it, was told parking is 15 euros, turned out to be 15 euro each day, when we checked out… high price for a parkingspot outside. it is okay for a night or 2, but nothing more.

I have stayed several times at this venue but this time it was different. There was noise from some nearby room in both night until early in the morning and the bed felt uncomfortably hard. So the most important aspect of hotel stay, a good night sleep, was somehow a disappointment this time. Also the cold breakfast did not satisfy much. It seems I have stayed lately in better places and my expectations have gone up. Regardless, the place is clean and well maintained, within a walking distance from Olympic Park shopping and metro. Also BMW Welt is within a reasonable walk as well.

Mit dem Personal und der Einrichtung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Daß am Samstag eine Gruppe vollverkleidete Sadomaso-Aktivisten anreisten, sich in diesem Aufzug in der Hotelhalle zur Schau stellten kann ja noch ganz interessant sein. Wenn man aber morgens um 5 Uhr nach dem Besuch der Veranstaltung oder Party lautstark seinen Neigungen nach geht und schlafende Hotelgäste im Nachbarzimmer damit belästigt, ist das einfach eine Frechheit und rücksichtslos. Wir suchen uns für den nächsten Besuch in München ein anderes Hotel.

Haben ein Konzert in der Olympiahalle besucht. Lage des Hotels war dafür perfekt. Zustand des Hauses ist gut. Für eine oder zwei Nächte völlig in Ordnung.
