Good choice
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good and service was immediately provided upon asking. The hotel has multiple stories, we were on the second one, there are no elevators though. Given that we were sick a day or two during our stay, it was inconvenient.

Great and clean space that had everything we needed. Location is near several grocery and convenience stores. Only thing is they do not provide luggage storage.

Everything was ok , nice breakfast, nice helpful staff, parking around , rooms ok , no elevator, not many places to dine around but can be found if needed . Our car was scratched by someone outside- waiting from staff for the video. In general everything was as suspected.

The room it was very hot and has not air conditioner. The guy behind the phone tried to convince me with a ridiculous answer telling me "No hotels in Germany has air conditioner "!!! and suggested to sleep with the windows open. We spent a sweet night with very poor sleep at Hotel Fresh Inn !!!

Good location near stores and restaurants, pretty close to a train station but the building was a bit difficult to navigate and the pillows given were super uncomfortable. Staff was nice so overall 3/5.

The property was clean however very basic. Very out dated, kind of smelly and not even sure how it can be a hotel. I received a contract to sign once I booked thru Expedia which clearly states that I can cancel within 7 days of our stay. Once I tried cancelling before the 7 days I got the run around and it was not a pleasant experience. For this money, add a little more and go somewhere else. The only reason we stayed here was to be close to some family.

Good value. It is difficult to find a worker at reception sometimes but we stayed over a holiday weekend. They made sure to email us ahead of time to let us know what time someone would be there, so we planned to come earlier. She was very helpful explaining how to get to train station. We had our own pots, etc. if you need these I would suggest emailing ahead of time if you aren’t going to be arriving when they are at reception.

Receptionist was extremely rude - pretended that she didn’t understand English. She gave us the key and showed us a shabby lift leading through a disgusting smelly hallway. We struggled to find the room, which was nothing like what was on the photos - ie. the kitchen had nothing in it, so we could’ve cooked a meal. When we complained she suddenly understood English and showed us a much nicer room. Had she given us that room at the first place we probably would’ve stayed. Very upsetting experience. In the end we stayed at Mercur Hotel, which was clean, half the price and the staff were friendly and helpful. We got our money back in the end, and the manager was very apologetic.

Booked for an apartment with kitchenware, ended up giving me a tiny room with no kitchenware, no fridge, no stove, no pillowcase, no ac or even a fan on a sweaty summer day. That’s less than a basic hostel room, where’s my apartment with kitchenware I really needed to cook.

Hugely over priced for what you get! Booked an apartment with a kitchenette so as to make food myself (I have dietary requirements) and arrived to find there was nothing, not even a kettle to boil water in the room. Description also said we would receive free bottled water, which we have not. And to top it off, our non-smoking room reaks of cigarette smoke!!! A huge rip off!!!

Good except for the insects
Overall the stay was good and the person at the front desk in the morning was friendly and provided recommendations. The issue was there was an insect (looked like a cockroach but not sure what type of insect) on the blanket the night before we departed and when we arrived at the next lodging in Nuremberg, I noticed a fruit fly or some similar in my plastic bag with my toothbrush and other items. We didn’t have food in the room.

Good hotel, we stayed there twice. Large supermarkets nearby, and close proximity to central Munich, within 15 min drive. Rooms are large and nice, just what you need to stay a night. Overall good feelings.

Convenient location
Overall our stay was fine. About a 15 minutes walk to S bahn for a short ride to go to downtown Munich. Only thing missing is the laundry facility that was supposed to be available. About 10 parking spots reserved for hotel guests, and one can leave the car parked during the day.

Good value for the money
Lots of stores (walking distance) and some restaurants nearby (driving distance). No A/C made it really hard during the hottest days of the year. Parking was tight when arriving late at night. There is a pasta factory in the hotel and our room was right above it. Lots of smoking people under our windows and constant noises. The breakfast was great! The Wi-Fi was unreliable.

A bit off the beaten track to what we had planned. But reasonably close to trains, being approx. 10 minute walk. Supermarket and a couple of food places nearby. Staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful when asked. Crisp, clean rooms. Can't fault them. It always comes back to,'you get what you pay for'. We are travelling budget conscious, so it worked for us.

It was a one night-stay requirement. All we needed was clean beds and a bathroom at inexpensive rate. Hotel provided all that so satisfied. Ms. Reder at check-in knew very good English and was helpful. All that I can ask for more is free coffee.

Good hotel. It's not close to Munich city centre. Taufkirchen S bahn train station is roughly 10 minutes walk from hotel, from there it's 23 minutes to Munich city centre.

Went for Oktoberfest...
Not exactly a close train ride to Oktoberfest but the train was fairly close to the hotel. The staff were extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself wasn't comfortable. You can hear everything whether it be outside of the actual hotel or just throughout the hallways. I'm a light sleeper so this wasn't ideal for me. two channels so it's not like you could even put it on to cancel out the noise. It was pretty clean overall, but definitely not comfortable. The pull out couch was rock solid and the double bed was painful to lay on. If you had one night in, I'd say book it... but we stayed for 5 nights. Wish the coffee was complimentary because it was dreadful but there's other places near by to get a hot cup. Oh, and there's no elevator/lift so you have to haul your luggage up the stairs.
