Dear guest, we thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay in our hotel. Our rooms are a little smaller in size, that is also a reason why we do not have a e.g. fridge in the room, as it would take up too much space. Of course, it is very common to have laundry services at a hostel, however we are a hotel and can not offer such services. There are a few cleaning services withing walking distance and we are always happy to provide necessary information to our guests.Our staff does ask the room number at the breakfast, firstly to know if the guest has booked breakfast at all, secondly to make sure they dont close up the breakfast area before all guests had their meal. We are truly sorry this question made you feel bad, there is no bad intent by asking. It is also simply to ensure, the service we provide will not be left uncharged.We hope that at least in some other ways you could enjoy our hotel. Kind regards

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very sorry you were not satisfied with your stay at our hotel. Indeed, all our rooms are non-smoking. The signs are displayed in every room. Unfortunately it happens, although very rarely, that this rule is not followed. We do regret that very much. In that case we air the room extensively and also clean it with special products, so the smoking odour is eliminated as good as possible. Thankfully we were able to give you another room right away. If there is anything not working with the AC or our guests have questions about how to handle it, we are always happy to assist. In regards to that it is necessary to let us know. Our hotel is located in the industrial area which is visible on google. Unfortunately we cannot change the location of our house, however the train station is a 5-10 min cab ride away, depending on the traffic. Also there is a bus station in walking distance, the bus goes every 10-20 minutes, which most guests find very convenient. We do hope that you could enjoy your stay at least in some ways. Beste Myrthe,Wij zijn een rookvrij hotel, maar helaas negeren sommige gasten dit. Onze receptie krijgt de opdracht om indien mogelijk direct een nieuwe kamer toe te wijzen. Ik weet niet of je het hier gevraagd hebt.Aangezien u een grote hond heeft, heeft ons ontbijtteam gevraagd hem niet mee te nemen naar de ontbijtruimte. Anders kan een hond natuurlijk in de openbare ruimtes (lobby etc.) blijven.Uw Hotel Atomis-team
