Dear Shannon,Thank you very much for your review. We apologise that you were not satisfied with your stay. We always try our very best for the guests to have a great experience at our hotel. According to your booking you have been upgraded from our side to a Junior-Suite instead of the booked Deluxe-Room, as those were no longer available. We are very sorry that this room was not pleasing for you. We always appreciate honest feedback from the guests and therefore, if you could share with us the details we would be happy to pass it on internally to make sure the changes are implemented.Usually, there is not much waiting time during the Check-In. Unfortunately, due to many last-minute bookings resulting from many cancelled flights at the Munich Airport, on your arrival there were many other guests who arrived at the same time and hence, a long queue for check-in in the lobby. We are constantly working on improving our work and will take these situations as a priority to improve our guests’ waiting time, also during unexpected situations.Regarding the phones, it is very common nowadays in hotels that there are no longer phones in the rooms since they became less relevant as nearly all of our guests have private mobile phones with which they can contact the reception. As for the WIFI-password, it is usually handed out with our room cards, but due to external issues, unfortunately, we had run out of room card booklets. We would like to apologise for this inconvenience, as this is not up to our usual standard.We would be happy if we could convince you of our usual standard during your next visit.Best regards,Soller Business Hotel
