Une belle adresse à Munster

De la réservation, à l’accueille téléphonique et physique tout c’est très bien déroulé . Les explications était clair. Seul petit bémol stationnement payant et mur de l’hôtel pas très épais on entend ces compagnons d’hôtels facilement En ce qui concerne le service ménage , rien à dire tout était propre cependant je me permettrais de dire (en mon cas sa ne m’as pas si déranger que sa enfin ce faire réveiller car on rentre alors que j’ai répondu occupé .. mais j’étais seule heureusement ) mais sa serait bien de prévenir que quoi qu’il arrive les hôtesses de ménages passent tout les jours avec ou sans votre avis pour remettre à propre votre chambre et’peut importe l’heure .. Et pour la ville, très bien situé, tout mignon, de très bon restaurant et commerce pour y se ressourcer. Mais sa reste un lieu où y aller les yeux fermés

L'établissement est globalement satisfaisant ; à noter toutefois l'absence de la climatisation et l'étroitesse de la cabine de douche. Sinon, l'endroit est calme, dans une jolie petite ville et le personnel est agréable.

Bien reçus dans l'ensemble juste trois petites choses.. Beaucoup de bruit avec la fenêtre ouvertes cote rue et trop chaud dans la chambre.. Petit déjeuner incomplet pour le prix. Pour le reste c'est ok..

Bon hôtel pour une nuit

Le séjour était correct, vue le prix, mais j'ai trouvé quand même étonnant que à l'hôtel même, les prix étaient beaucoup plus bas que sur internet. Une différence de 9€ pour un total de 60€.

Good place to stay!

Great service! The room was too hot for us, but we're bad in the heat :D Excellent bathroom and very comfy bread. Good breakfast too! Parking is really easy as well, and it's in a good location too. Walkable into to town, but without the town prices. Overall really good place, and the bar is great too!

Great stay

This was our first night in France and we were pleasantly surprised. Although the room was fairly basic it was cosy clean and wonderfully quiet. We had a small window overlooking iconic French roof tops with 5 storks perched on one of them The hotel is in a great location in this beautiful town and the staff were so friendly even though they couldn't speak much English. One of my favourite stays.

Excellente nuit et très bon accueil

Accueil très sympathique et aide d'emblée pour monter nos bagages, nous étions venu la veille d'un ultra trail. Cette simple information transmise, nous avons d'emblée été placés dans une chambre très au calme, parfait pour une bonne nuit de repos!

Passage routard

Une chaleur infernale, malheureusement pas de clim' dans la chambre, et malgré les fenêtres ouvertes, la nuit fut rude. Un emplacement correct près du centre ville, bar au rez de chaussée, mais qui n'occasionne pas de bruit. Parking dans la rue assez compliqué entre rues gratuites et zone bleue.

3 Tage in Munster

Gebucht wurde per Internet. Leider stellte sich heraus, daß unser Zimmer in der 1. Etage genau über der Terrasse und strassenseitig gelegen war. Als in der 2. Nacht der Lärm von der Terrasse bis 24h dauerte und auch der Straßenlärm nicht gerade leise war, haben wir uns am nächsten Morgen beschwert und erhielten ein anderes, nach hinten gelegenes Zimmer. War sehr ruhig und man konnte sogar nachts das Fenster offen lassen. Auch die Dusche war ok. Im anderen Zimmer war eine Wanne mit aufgesetzter Glasabtrennung. Man konnte sich kaum bewegen und das Ein- und Aussteigen war nicht einfach. Der Fernseher war zunächst nur auf franz. Fernsehen eingestellt und die deutschen Programme liefen nur mit starker Bildstörung. Nach Reklamation wurde der Mangel behoben und mehrere deutsch Programme konnten gut empfangen werden. Betten waren ok. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Da das Hotel an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße liegt, ist auf jeden Fall nach einem Zimmer auf der Rückseite zu fragen!!! (... oder genug Schlaftabletten mitnehmen!)

Mal wieder alles richtig gemacht!

Auf längerer Motorradtour war dies die letzte Übernachtung! Müde und geschafft am Nachmittag angekommen, sieht der Wirt unsere beiden Harleys und hat gleich seine Privatgarage geöffnet, da für Nachts Regen und Wind gesagt war. Gepäcktaschen abgebaut aufs Zimmer gebracht, runter auf die Hotel Terrasse ein Bierchen nehmen. Plötzlich steht die komische Truppe am Nebentisch auf, holt ein paar Instrumente aus der Bar und spielt ne Swing-Jazz Session! Nach 2 weiteren Bier und super Musik hat dann die Bedienung ein Tipp für's Abendessen gegeben, denn in der Bar des Vosges gibt es nur Flüssiges. Der Tipp war gut, das Abendessen lecker, zum Absacker sind wir wieder in die Bar. Am Morgen dann sehr freundlich verabschiedet worden. Super Hotel, super Service
