Great, simple hotel room that was very clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect. My only note is the noise on the streets downstairs is 24 hrs: but what does one expect staying across from the train station.

Very unhelpful staff. Had to move rooms twice because the room wasn't ready in time. Breakfast not included and very expensive and not worth it. No compensation offered.

Was een leuk en simpel hotel. Erg goed als je tussendoor ergens wil verblijven. Ik had zelf een kleine kamer wat voor mij handig was. Maar vond het jammer dat ik niet eens iets van een waterkoker had of een kleine koelkast om iets koel te houden zeker met de warme dagen. Ook op mijn eerste avond voelde ik me niet helemaal veilig omdat ik hier voor het eerst was. Er een man in de deur opening stond de bellen met de deur open. (Iedereen kan dus naar binnen lopen) omdat er ook geen servicebalie of iets van iemand rondliep vond ik dit zelf niet echt een fijn gevoel. Personeel niet echt gesproken behalve als ik een muntje nodig had voor de auto om eruit te rijden. Ook wel jammer dat ik nergens iets van informatie kon vinden over dingen die te doen waren in munster of dat aangeboden kreeg.

Parkeerplaats bij het hotel oprijden en daarna toegangskaart tot hotel halen ging prima. Ontbijtgelegenheden in de buurt, we zijn naar een variété show geweest bij GOP, waarvoor we 2 uur van tevoren nog kaartjes konden kopen.

Tolle Lage direkt am Hbf, superfreundlich und hilfsbereit beim Zimmertausch, da unsere Freunde nicht so gut in ein Zimmer oben ohne Fahrstuhl klettern konnten.
