My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

We had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and beautiful. The pool felt like a peaceful oasis, and our experience at the Canyon Ranch Spa was exceptional. We had such a good time in October that we’re going back in December.

Room was beautiful and clean! Lived up to all the expectations! Bed was incredibly comfy and shower was great! Will be looking to stay again on our next visit! Staff were friendly and welcoming and more than accommodating with all our needs
