"Everything about this place is misleading. Not sure who wrote the reviews. You have to wait for check in instructions through WhatsApp and take a picture of your passport. The “hotel” is the third floor of a building with lots of other things going on. No one is around. The brochure says something about breakfast and a spa. That’s hilarious. The room is clean, someone comes to service it, bathroom is nice. Balcony onto the street. WiFi was out the second day there. I didn’t try to contact someone as we left today. The price is reasonable so I guess you get what you pay for. Good location. Sparkling water machine the best thing about the place. Owner told me to leave a tourist tax in cash in the room. I don’t think so!"

"We had a late arrival by train and an early departure so really appreciated the convenience to the train terminal. The area didn’t have much to offer in terms of charm or ambiance, but the hotel was a lovely oasis and great stop over for us. Staff was great, room was lovely, clean, equipped and quiet. And again, th location worked out great for us. "

It’s also just a short walk from Bari Centrale train station, which made arrivals and day trips effortless.  The area felt very safe, even in the evenings, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Whether walking back late or heading out early, I always felt at ease. Another standout was the staff, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and responsiveness really elevated the experience. Overall, Palazzo Le Giare - Luxury Apartments is a perfect choice if you’re looking for clean, brand-new luxury apartments in a prime central location with excellent service. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Our room was fine but the pillows were awful. The breakfast was good and varied. The lodging was a very long walk from the train station and a fairly long walk from the sites in old town. The staff in the office had limited English and it was hard to communicate.We were told to leave our luggage in the office which was over a mile away from our room. We were given vague directions. And one of the staff Members sitting in the office even stuck her tongue out—very unprofessional! Only when an Italian friend talked to the personnel on the phone did we get helpful information."

"You will not get more central for a stay in Bari . 2 minutes from Bari central train station . Can get a bit noisy tho. Room is nice and clean and the breakfast token is a nice touch . Would stay again"
