"The facilities are beautiful the price to not include breakfast and the parking that they have is per hour every time that you go in and out, it’s not that close to Baveno or Stresa unfortunately during our stay, it was raining a lot, but the facilities are beautiful. "Property was perfect for a few days work trip, about 10/15 mins walk from the centre of town. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean & tidy with a great view from the balcony. No ironing facilities in the room was the only drawback, as I needed to iron some shirts in a hurry (there is a paid service with housekeeping which was fine, but obviously not as quick as being able to do your own). Would happily stay again."
