Gros complexe et malgré le nombre de chambres on se sent pas les uns sur les autres. La plage est magnifique et la nourriture à la hauteur d’un 4*. C’est agréable de pouvoir avoir un parasol et deux transats inclus. Par contre la propreté et l’état des chambres c’est plus un 3* et pour le service un 2*. En effet, nous étions en all inclusive mais tout est réglementé et limité. Je trouve dommage que même dans la chambre il n’y a même pas une bouteille d’eau à disposition. À notre arrivée, on nous a donné la moitié des informations. Du coup, mes enfants n’ont pas pu profiter pleinement des activités à disposition. La description lors de la réservation stipulait que le complexe disposait de 4 restaurants dont certains sous réservations. Nous avions droit qu’à celui du buffet. Sans parler du départ, nous devions partir à 13h et ils ont refusé de nous laisser la chambre jusqu’à 12h. Nous avons dû la quitter à 10h et à midi nous avions enfin une chambre de prêt. Nous avons dû courir à la réception récupérer notre valise pour pouvoir prendre une douche, retourner à la réception déposer la valise et courir au restaurant pour pouvoir manger quelque chose en 10 minutes avant de partir. Le personnel est plutôt sympa malgré que beaucoup ne sourient pas et n’ont pas spécialement envie de travailler. Les animateurs et animations sont plutôt à la hauteur même si c’est toujours chants et danses. Je trouve également bizarre qu’à la réception ils n’acceptent aucun paiement par carte.

Positivo: Cibo genuino, a buffet. Sempre vario. Solo sedie e tavolini bassi…non c’e’ una zona divani. Bagni e docce al mare, ma manca un bar in prossimita’ della spiaggia. Meno: Checkin lentissimo, Frigobar vuoto, letti scomodi, terzo letto piccolo, camere piccole, condizionatore rumorosissimo. Musica in spiaggia eccessiva. Quando si spegneva tutti tiravano un sospiro di sollievo.

Piacevole villaggio in riva ad un mare stupendo

Abbiamo soggiornato otto notti. Siamo stati molto bene. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante un apprezzamento speciale a Tony e Stefania; Al bar Laura e Fabrizio sono stati meravigliosi; I ragazzi dell'animazione tutti simpatici e educati. Il bagnino attento ad aiutarci per ogni esigenza in spiaggia. La stanza e la sua pulizia impeccabile. L'unico neo dato dal medico in sede che, alla richiesta di visita, invece di domandare il motivo, si è apprestata a comunicare che dopo le 18.30 la sua tariffa sarebbe stata di tot. euro...per cui abbiamo soprasseduto, sperando che il trauma subito non fosse nulla di troppo serio.

Posizione ottima sul mare in un contesto molto bello con un mare meraviglioso immerso fra piante e fiori hotel datato ma complessivamente le camere anche se vecchiotte sono dotate di ogni confort Una bella piscina sul mare Camere pulite personale abbastanza gentile la nota dolente il ristorante Era in funzione solo quello centrale ma la qualità del cibo era davvero pessima colazione con prodotti scadenti. Una sola macchinetta per il caffè tutto rigorosamente in polvere con lunghe file antipasto a buffet ripetitivo con pietanze ghiacce di frigo verdure congelate misere insalate di riso mozzarella di quelle da pizza. Primi e secondi tremendi con qualità di pesci sconosciuti sempre gli stessi o Canesca( che francamente non avevo mai mangiato) o altre tipi mai sentiti nominare Dolci pochi e " finti" frutta pere mele dure immangiabili banane verdi Mai una pesca o un albicocca o un frutto di stagione. Se però per voi il mangiare non è la prima cosa che scegliete in una vacanza ma date la priorità al mare e alla natura Allora il posto merita davvero comunque per la bellezza del mare e dei luoghi. spero davvero che migliorino

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni a fine settembre nella camera comfort. Ottima posizione ,ottima pulizia, personale preparato e disponibile, ottimo il cibo. Mare e spiaggia belli, che solo la Sardegna può offrire: Sarà stato il periodo tranquillo (pieno di stranieri), ma il mio giudizio è ottimo!

Unflexibles und zu teures Hotel /Auto ein muss

Das Hotel war für meinen Geschmack nicht sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren zwar perfekt, sauber und grosszügig, hat alles funktioniert. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat nicht funktioniert, keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Eine Busfahrt vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel dauert 2 Stunden (42 Euro), eine Taxifahrt ohne Voranmeldung dauert 1 Stunde und kostet 150 Euro. Wer sich kein Auto mietet, ist für die Dauer des Urlaubs an den Club gebunden. Das Personal am Empfang unfreundlich, keine Informationen. Das Essen war überhaupt nicht italienisch, nur einzelne Menus. Toll war der kostenlose Wein zu jedem Essen, für die nicht Weinliebhaber oder Kinder gabs nur Wasser oder man musste es an der Bar teuer kaufen. Eine Cola für 3.90 (2dl). Zu kleines Buffet für so viele Leute, zu lange Wartezeiten, dafür war der leere Teller schwupp vom Tisch, obwohl der letzte Bissen noch nicht mal geschluckt war. Tags nirgends etwas Obst und am Mittag o jeh, keine Banane aus dem Speisesaal mitnehmen und draussen an der Sonne zu essen. Massage für 37 Euro die halbe Stunde, und auch der Fitnessraum nur gegen Aufpreis. Liegestühle in der ersten und zweiten Strandreihe gegen Gebühr, Rest kostenlos. Kein WIFI im Zimmer, nur an der Bar, im Esssaal, Reception und einem abgesperrten Areal bei der Strandbar, wo man sich natürlich auch nur gegen Gebühr aufhalten durfte.

Tolle Anlage, miserable Verpflegung.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet mit toller Flora und Fauna, sehr gut gepflegt. Dieter Zugang zum stand ist wunderschön. Für den Preis war das Zimmer zu laut, da nur eine einfache dünne Haustür, nahe des Bettes, den Weg von draußen trennte. Früh abreißende Urlauber waren sehr störend. Sehr enttäuschend ist für den hohen Preis das recht einfache Abendessen. Noch schlimmer ist das lieblose und einfachste Frühstück. Fertige Marmeladen aus Plastikbechern, Dosenobst, billigster Kaffee aus Automaten, einfachste Brötchen und Croissants in einem Land wie Italien? Das geht gar nicht und war sehr enttäuschend. Alleine deshalb würden wir es nicht mehr buchen.

Ottima struttura, molti servizi, spiaggia e mare f

Schöne Anlage mit direktem Strandzugang

Die Anlage befindet sich in einer parkähnlichen, gepflegten Gartenanlage mit höchstens 2 stöckigen Gebäuden. Den Strand erreicht man direkt und es stehen ausreichend Liegen mit Schirm bereit. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist einfach und praktisch, aber sehr sauber. Wir hatten Glück und ein Zimmer mit Meeresblick und Balkon. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir hatten beim Einchecken Sprachprobleme, da nur italienisch und sehr schlechtes Englisch gesprochen wurde. Deshalb konnte uns die Anlage nicht erklärt werden und wir wussten nicht wo man Handtücher ausleihen kann, dass es eine Hotelgeldkarte gibt, die man für bestimmte Leistungen benötigt, oder dass die 2 zusätzlichen Restaurants einen Tag zuvor reserviert werden müssen. Weiterhin hatten wir Probleme die Handtücher auszuleihen, da die Dame kein Englisch verstand und auch verzichteten wir auf die Reservierung der Restaurants, da die Plätze anscheinend schon morgens um 9 für den nächsten Abend alle belegt waren. Uns hat es trotzdem gefallen und wir aßen die ganze Zeit im Hauptspeiseraum. Es gab Büfett mittags und abends, dazu gab es Wasser und Wein. Die Gäste sind hauptsächlich Italiener, deshalb sind auch alle Hinweisschilder, Fernsehprogramme und Zeitschriften in der Landessprache. Nützlich ist ein Googleübersetzer auf dem Handy.

Angenehme Ferien

Wir haben schöne Ferien in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Personal ist durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Meer und die Strandanlage sind wirklich schön. Trotz ausgebuchtem Hotel (sehr Kinderfreundlich) ist der Strand nicht übervoll. Das Zimmer ist Sauber geputzt aber etwas in die Tage gekommen. Die Ausstattung beschränkt sich auf das Nötigste. Die Auswahl beim Essen ist überschaubar schmeckt aber für ein Club Hotel sehr gut (Superior gebucht). Alles in allem haben wir eine gute Zeit verbracht war aber Preis/ Leistung an der oberen Grenze und die Italienischen 4* entsprechen eher solide 3* in der Schweiz

Bel villaggio, ben tenuto, trattamento ottimo.

In passato, quando ns figlia era piccola, eravamo frequentatori abituali di villaggi ma da anni le nostre scelte sono orientate verso vacanze "itineranti" e spesso non proprio riposanti. In occasione del nostro anniversario di matrimonio, abbiamo scelto di trascorrere qualche giorno di completo relax in questa struttura. Abbiamo trovato quello che cercavamo: bella struttura , posizionata sul mare, camere pulitissime e confortevoli, cibo ottimo e personale molto cortese.

Albergo sul mare fantastico della Sardegna!

Spiaggia fantastica,camere perfette te insonorizzate e senza nemmeno un insetto! Giardini curatissimi e splendida vista mare! Il personale è gentile e solerte in ogni richiesta! Unico nei è l'animazione: salutano appena e soprattutto per il junior club devo dire che non c'è stato nessuno che abbia contribuito a cercare di far conoscere i ragazzi tra loro..anzi hanno proibito che mangiassero insieme perché "facevano confusione"!! Il resto è perfetto!

Non è un hotel da quattro stelle!

Struttura un po' vetusta anche se ben tenuta. Servizio a tavola scadente: buffet poco variato, pur essendo in giugno unica frutta presente banane , mele e arance, a colazione il caffè o il latte si prendeva da una macchinetta, cereali scadenti, solite torte e brioche confezionate! Per l'acqua bisognava servirsi da soli e non era in bottiglia, insomma dava più l'impressione di una mensa che di un quattro stelle! Per fortuna che eravamo all'inizio di stagione e non c'era ancora molta gente! La piscina è accessibile solo a orari determinati. Unica nota positiva era il servizio spiaggia: corsi windsurf gratuiti canoe a disposizione e la pulizia delle camere. Qualità /prezzo non adeguati!

OTTIMO PER LE FAMIGLIE

Struttura ben tenuta e con tanto verde; spiaggia e relativo servizio molto buoni (mancherebbero solo i teli mare); piscina e aree svago/relax ben curate; cucina varia ed abbondante, attrezzata anche per neonati; camere essenziali ma funzionali (forse meglio le superior se ci sono dei bimbi piccoli). Buon rapporto prezzo qualità (nota: mia vacanza nel periodo 8/16 settembre). Inconvenienti: la struttura è collocata su un leggero pendio quindi alcuni vialetti sono in discesa (e salita!); le gradinate di accesso alla spiaggia si possono migliorare e rendere più sicure; servizio di reception/informazioni efficiente ma poco divulgativo; in sala pranzo un po' di affanno (non sempre) per affollamento. Non ci ritorno solo perchè....non ho figli!!

bella posizione e bella spiaggia

hotel e spiaggia sono buoni, purtroppo la camera era pessima (la vetrata dell'entrata fungeva pure da finestra, il tutto con vista muro di fronte).

Mare stupendo e relax

Il villaggio è ben posizionato con camere immerse nei giardini fioriti che portano ad una bella spiaggia bianca. le camere sono molto semplici ma pulite. il personale gentile, ottima la cucina, varia ed abbondante.Più adatto a famiglie con bambini che a coppie o singles e forse eccessivamente popolato nel periodo di Ferragosto. Unico neo, il pagamento della "tessera club obbligatoria" per ombrellone, lettino ed eventuale animazione... visite le tariffe proposte, potrebbe essere inclusa. nel complesso comunque il guidizio è più che positivo, lo consiglio.
