"It is alway a pleasure staying there. The staff go above and beyond what you would expect. Good location, large rooms and very clean. This time I had a smart tv , so could easily watch tv with my accounts. Wifi is fast and reliable. I didn’t need to use the air conditioning this time, but last time a little bit. The whole room was cool in a few minutes. large balcony facing the sea. I would highly recommend this property, for both business or pleasure… Top!!! "

"This is a property that is far above and beyond a regular hotel. From the outside it looks like any other regular apartment complex, however, once you walk in, it is designed with luxury and finesse in mind. We stayed at the Regal suite, all aspects of the place were high quality, nothing cheap or fake, from the kitchen items to the bed, the living area, the curtains, the ceiling decorations….we were in awe about the details that went into everything and felt like royalty for our stay. "It was a good view and had beach right in front basically which was nice. Nice area to walk. didn’t like the fact I couldn’t control AC didn’t respond to controller. Also bed was way to firm not very comfortable. Other then that everything else was nice. "

On the other hand, staff members are not friendly, some of them rudely answered us and were not helpful in the slightest. The kindest people were the cleaning ladies. We did enjoy the private beach, the pool and the food. "

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."
