"A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. "Personal muy amable, nos llamaron el día de antes para ver a que hora íbamos a llegar y nos dejaron hacer check-out hasta las 14 h sin coste adicional, lo cual se agradece. Habitación y alojamiento con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, el único aspecto “negativo” que añadiría sería que a pesar de los carteles rogando silencio durante la noche en el bungalow se escuchaba todo… y los huéspedes no eran muy respetuosos en ese aspecto, por lo que el sueño se dificultó. "

"Everything was great about this hotel except for one thing - very hot and stuffy in the rooms. I tried turning on the air conditioner (it worked as a fan only) and opening the window (not possible with the security lock blocking it). 10 degrees outside and i was suffering from tropics in my room. The buffet was great and overall very clean and friendly."

"We were only in this nh for a night and this was our third or fourth nh hotel ( after nh Toulouse airport, nh Bilbao and nh cuidad Santander ( we eventually finished our road trip in nh collection Zaragoza )) . The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. There is a nearby “Mercado” supermarket just beside the hotel . The parking was convenient. The best thing about this hotel was the cute lobby with its collection of books ( in English ) . The breakfast buffet was your typical nh buffet which is not bad . This nh hotel is also near “Calle Laurel”’where all the tapas bars of Longroño are located. "
