"Clean, would be nice to have a microwave and a few crockery and cultery to use, however, nice and quiet and pleasant staff."

"always enjoy our time in this hotel whenever we drove to melbourne from sydney twice a year. Staff always very friendly, hotel decor gave the vibe as expected from the name. The bed so comfy and feel like a blast from the past. Definitely recommended as a pit stop with convinience location to shops n resto and highway."

"The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Really liked the fully featured kitchenette with cook-top, fridge and microwave oven (something you don't often see in hotel rooms). Nice hot shower. Convenient parking, almost outside our door. Only a couple of minor disappointments; 1). there were no electric blankets on the bed (we didn't want to run the split-system heating all night to keep warm). 2). we had a not very romantic view of the rainwater storage tanks directly outside our window."

"Big room.Bathroom renovated and shower great.. Very handy to most things. Bakery very close which was great for breakfast."
