"Elevator close to our room (far end of the building) went out of service. The door on the second floor exit wasn’t working. We were forced to use the stairs and/or elevator on the opposite end of the building. We left the hotel early in the morning and returned around lunch hour and the elevator was still out of service and the 2nd floor stairs entrance/exit wasn’t working either. I called front desk to complain about the situation and the girl who answered was very rude saying that they tried to get it fixed and continued to say that she’s not an elevator technician then hung up on me. I was livid so I went to the front desk to confront this staff. I showed up at the lobby and complained to another staff. The rude staff was there and listening to my rant. Instead of apologizing on behalf of the hotel, she took her phone out and recorded my rant.
I left and came back at the end of the day, elevator and door was still out of order. I went straight to the front desk with my 10 year old son and complained again hoping to get some answers or solution. The rude staff was still there. My son and I left but the rude staff followed us outside and took more videos. I went back inside and told her that she has no right to take a video of my son. I asked for the hotel manager and said that he was on vacation. I called the cops to file a report and got an incident number. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. They will not offer any solution or apologize for any inconvenience."
