Except for leakage in one of the bathroom , everything else was 5 star. My guests went back to USA highly pleased. I am pleased to know that such a facility existed inside terminal 2 and offered such an excellent accommodation.

The stay overall was comfortable, the staff was corteus, room was also good. Though bathroom lock was not working and was not fixed throughout our stay. The only issue I found was ownership of mistakes by the staff. This seems to be management challange. The staff may need training. The issue with batroom lock, the room service just
