We also want to recognize the wonderful Club Lounge team—Marian, Anna, Aliyaa, and many others whose names we may not recall—who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the InterContinental family.
