"We have been going to this resort for 6-7 years. They did a Reno last year and the rooms are nice, however cleaning in the common areas is not what it could be. The other change is allowing visitors a day pass to the pool area on July 4 made it so crowded that it wasn’t enjoyable. Also, the communication between lobby staff and room service is not good at all. 2 mornings our room service order was not received by room service wait staff."
"We stayed here last week after having positive experiences with other Spark by Hilton locations, so our expectations were based on those previous stays. Unfortunately, this property did not measure up.
The hotel itself is very basic for the price we paid. It wasn't a terrible stay, but it definitely lacked the amenities and overall experience we've come to expect from other Spark properties.
The complimentary breakfast was little more than a standard continental breakfast. If you have celiac disease, a gluten intolerance, or diabetes, your options are extremely limited. We ended up needing to find breakfast elsewhere.
The front desk associate wasn't rude, but they also weren't particularly welcoming. The interaction felt more like an inconvenience than genuine hospitality.
One of the main reasons we selected this room was because it was advertised with a tub/shower combination. Unfortunately, the tub was unusable because the shower diverter didn't work correctly. If you're specifically looking for a bathtub to soak in, whether for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or to bathe young children, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Cleanliness could also use some improvement. The base of the toilet had several hairs on it that clearly did not belong to us, which was disappointing to find upon arrival.
Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, and we didn't have any major issues beyond those mentioned. However, I do feel the room was overpriced for what was offered."
"Old property..I expected it to be worse because of the paint on the door was peeling and windows were dirty..but it was roomy and the bed was comfortable."
