It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. "Hi, in general fantastic place but we lived two floors up in the attic. The first evening I went down to the car to fetch something. I couldn’t see the switch to turn on the light so I went down holding in the rail but suddenly the rail wasn’t there anymore in spite of there were three more steps in a turn! I fell and I did heart my two knees. It was now 12 days ago and I still have a lot of pain. "
