"This is one of the most amazing boutique hotels I’ve been to. The history, the stories, the space, the birds! It’s like walking through a museum. The room I was in was amazing: big, original doors and window doors, four-post bed, literally WC… just lovely. Highly recommend. The location is amazing. The rooftop bar has a great view. Rests and everything within walking distance. "

"The hotel is sleek and modern. Our room was clean and fresh. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. A great location to stay for cruises. It is just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the old San Juan Piers. There are also plenty of options for restaurants. It was quiet after dark. What we really likes also was how courteous the drivers are. Many would stop to let you pass and give a wave to us. "

"The room was astounding! This was hands-down the best place that I stayed during my trip, even among other properties with Stay with Bear. The property is gorgeous, capturing Old San Juan architecture with modern upgrades. The property operates with self-check-in (a keypad entrance and individual lock-boxes on each door), so there is no staff on-site. There is luggage storage for travelers that require it for early check-in or later departures. There are multiple floors and no elevator, so just note this to be ready with your luggage. Can't wait to return!"
