The only downside is unfortunately you will see unsavory individuals on roadsides and we even saw folks taking drugs on parking lots nearby. Be a little vigilant as you walk on the neighborhood. "Perfect spot to stay when visiting Venice. Right across the street from the train station meant a fast trip into and out of Venice daily. The included breakfast was decent and so convenient. 2:00 check in and noon check out suited our schedule. Would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever lucky enough to come back to Venice."
