"Fantastic Stay. Perfectly located for the city centre. Parking at the hotel worked well. Reception team 1st class .Engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. .Room spotless and comfortable with everything you need for a grest stay"
"This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at when in France, goose down white quilts, fresh bed linens, fluffy soft pillows, and comfortable mattress allow a weary vacationer/traveler to get a good night's sleep. The staff is wonderful, food at the in-house Jeanne D'Arc Restaurant is very good and reasonable for the fine cuisine. At the staff is very helpful and accommodating- especially Sheena who speaks French & English. I highly recommend this as the hotel to stay at in Rouen. Fitting it is situated right next to tower/dungeon where St. Joan of Arc was kept as a prisoner. They have beautiful portraits and art work in the restaurant of St. Joan."
"I was very happy with my stay. It was close to the centre and transit. The room was perfect and I have worked in the hotel industry, and I want to recognise Alexis and Kevin for being so hospitable, knowledgeable and prompt. They truly made the experience memorable.
Would definitely stay here again."
