The next day we were to move to the double room, and had to wait an additional hour until it was ready. The staff made the entire situation more confusing than it needed to be, and was very disappointed with my stay."

"Overall, the room was adequate, though smaller than expected, and the bed was not particularly comfortable. The lobby would benefit from more thorough cleaning, especially the windows and seating areas. On a positive note, the hotel offered a good selection of movie channels and is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Brooklyn Bridge and Canal Street."

"No coffee machine in the room, very low amenities only body wash and shampoo from a fixed bottle. This hotel used to be the Mondrian and now it is a very low cost hotel at the same prices of the Mondrian. The coffee downstairs is $8 for a machine version, there is no breakfast available on weekends only brunch starting at 9am. At that price point there are many hotels with better facilities. amenities and experience."
